SHAH ALAM, 9 April (Bernama) -- Mahkamah Tinggi Shah Alam Khamis menjatuhkan hukuman gantung sampai mati terhadap Cif Inspektor Azilah Hadri dan Kpl Sirul Azhar Umar kerana didapati bersalah membunuh wanita Mongolia Altantuya Shaariibu.
Hakim Datuk Mohd Zaki Md Yasin berkata pihak pendakwaan telah membuktikan tanpa keraguan munasabah kes terhadap Azilah, 33, dan Sirul Azhar, 37.
Katanya pembelaan kedua-dua tertuduh berdasarkan kepada penafian dan juga menyalahkan satu sama lain, dan dengan itu, ianya tidak boleh dipercayai.
"Mereka gagal menimbulkan sebarang keraguan munasabah terhadap kes pendakwaan yang didapati konklusif.
"Saya dengan ini menjatuhkan hukuman gantung sampai mati terhadap kamu, Azilah dan Sirul Azhar," kata Mohd Zaki.

The non-Muslims that do enter the country are most likely connected to Saudi Arabia's other claim to fame, its prolific oil supply. Saudi Arabia is home to nearly 25% of the world's petroleum reserves, and the oil industry accounts for the bulk of the country's revenue. Aside from the heavily guarded compounds where Westerners affiliated with the oil biz are contained, alcohol is totally prohibited, and men and women live largely separate, highly regulated lives. Recently, the government has decided to issue tourist visas to a select group of organized tour groups. Groups are admitted, provided that they follow a strictly monitored itinerary. Setelah berlayar selama 12 hari, akhirnya KM Labobar yang disiapkan pemerintah menjemput 2.349 WNI Overstay (WNIO) dari Jeddah, Selasa pagi (4/5) sekitar pukul 04.20 merapat di Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok, Jakarta.

Maswita Jaya, Deputi Menko Kesra Bidang Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak, Utusan Kemsos, Utusan Kemhub, Utusan Menko Polhukam dan Ketua BNP2TKI Jumhur Hidayat.
Di Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok telah disiapkan 20 unit ambulans lengkap dengan dokter dan tenaga kesehatan yang siap merujuk ke rumah sakit yang disediakan pemerintah. Selain itu juga disediakan Pos Kesehatan Kantor Kesehatan Pelabuhan (KKP) Tanjung Priok, untuk pelayanan rawat jalan. |
